We\u2019ll walk you through options during the assessment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who supervises the caregivers?<\/strong><br>A\u00a0<strong>Registered Nurse<\/strong>\u00a0oversees assessments and care plans, with routine supervisory visits and ongoing check-ins. Also, the case manager does on going check-ins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Do you provide medical care?<\/strong><br>We provide&nbsp;<strong>non-medical<\/strong>&nbsp;home care (personal care, companionship, reminders, housekeeping, errands, etc.). We do not perform skilled nursing tasks. We\u2019re happy to coordinate with your medical providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How do you match caregivers to clients?<\/strong><br>We consider the care plan, required skills, experience level, language preferences, schedule, and personality fit. If a match isn\u2019t perfect, we\u2019ll adjust promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What happens if a caregiver is sick or unavailable?<\/strong><br>We notify you right away and arrange qualified coverage per your preferences. Reliability and communication are core to our service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Can schedules change as needs change?<\/strong><br>Absolutely. We reassess regularly and can increase or decrease hours, add overnight support, or adjust tasks as needs evolve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How much does care cost?<\/strong><br>Costs depend on hours, level of support, and schedule (days\/nights\/holidays).
